The visualization cards are my 6-year-old's favorite—she closes her eyes and describes the beach scene every night before bed. 65 cards means we haven't run out of new ones yet, and the mindfulness prompts actually calm her down after school.
The icebreaker category has been a lifesaver on car rides when the kids start bickering. My 6-year-old actually asks to pull a visualization card before bed now, which I did not see coming. 65 cards means we haven't even gotten through half of them yet.
We picked these up for our 8-year-old who has trouble winding down, and the icebreaker cards have become our go-to at dinner. The mindfulness ones are short enough that he doesn't lose interest halfway through.
