I've been doing the 120-card deck with my kids after dinner and it actually tires me out more than my old gym routine. Pulling a random HIIT card takes the thinking out of it, so I just move.
I was skeptical a deck of cards could replace my gym routine, but the 120-card HIIT variety keeps things interesting enough that I actually look forward to my lunch break workouts. Easy to shuffle through and pick a quick set when I only have ten minutes between meetings.
Good little deck for squeezing in a workout when I only have 15 minutes. The cards are sturdy and shuffle fine, though I wish the box was a bit more compact for tossing in a gym bag.
