My 4-year-old asks to do this every morning before we even start schoolwork, which says a lot. The magnet pieces are sturdy and the animal life cycle cards actually hold her attention for a solid 20 minutes. Perfect for our homeschool shelf.
The magnetic pieces stick really well to our fridge, so my 4-year-old can rearrange the butterfly life cycle while I'm cooking. We use it almost daily for homeschool preschool, and even my 2-year-old likes matching the bug cards.
My three-year-old asks for this every morning now. The magnets are sturdy enough to survive being dropped, and watching her sort the frog and butterfly pieces in the right order is genuinely educational, not just busywork. Perfect size for small hands during our homeschool time.
